Mark McEachen
Chief Financial Officer
Mark McEachen is CFO of Fabrik. He brings more than 20 years of diverse financial and operational experience in both the public and private sector. His skills include financing, strategic planning, M&A, IPO and developing effective control systems for organizations.
With the acquisition of SimpleTech's consumer business group by Fabrik in February 2007, Mark is responsible for orchestrating the integration and ongoing sustainability of the combined company's overall financial plans and policies, as well as oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, IT and legal.
Prior to joining Fabrik, Mark was CEO (interim) and COO/CFO of BridgeCo Inc, a digital entertainment networking company that provides platforms for connecting consumer electronic devices throughout the home. In this position he was responsible for all financial, legal and operational activities for the company, worldwide. Mark has also held lead positions at International Rectifier Corp, Excite@Home, Transamerica and Chrysler where he brings a variety of experience in M&A, sales finance, investor relations, procurement, tax, payroll/AP and more.
Mark holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Windsor, Ontario. He also holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario, London.
