FABRIK EXPANDS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM, NAMING NEW CFO AND VP OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Industry Veterans Mark McEachen and Tim Harrington Add Seasoned Leadership to Fast-Growing Provider of Multimedia Software, Storage and Online Solutions for Consumers and Small Businesses

San Mateo and Santa Ana, Calif., March 14, 2007 - Fabrik, Inc., the multimedia software, storage and online solutions provider that recently purchased SimpleTech's consumer storage, flash and memory business, today announced that Mark A. McEachen has been appointed chief financial officer and Tim Harrington has joined the company as vice president of software development. McEachen is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financing, accounting, IT and legal operations, while Harrington leads all aspects of the company's software and online services development.

Mark A. McEachen joins Fabrik with more than 20 years of financial and operational experience working with industry-leading companies in the technology, finance, insurance, and automotive industries. Prior to joining Fabrik, McEachen was CEO (interim) and COO/CFO of BridgeCo Inc, a worldwide digital entertainment networking company that provides platforms for connecting consumer electronic devices throughout the home. Previously, McEachen served as the vice president of Global Finance at International Rectifier Corporation and EVP/CFO of Excite@Home, gaining valuable experience in high-tech financials. He also held lead financial positions at Transamerica and Chrysler from which he brings a variety of experience in M&A, sales finance, investor relations, procurement, tax, payroll/AP and more.

With more than 22 years of wide-ranging experience in software engineering and management, Tim Harrigton joins Fabrik as the vice president of software development. An expert in product development and software architecture, Harrington will manage the deployment of new and existing client and online services and will oversee software quality assurance for all of Fabrik's offerings.

In his latest roles as the VP of engineering at FilmLoop.com and Onedoto, Inc., Harrington was responsible for overseeing software engineering and website operations. He has also held executive and technical leadership positions at Apple, eCircles.com, Eyematic Interfaces and Spyglass Solutions, and has also co-founded and served as president and CEO of Mobile Designs, a mobile development company focused on next generation handsets and wireless networks.

Last month Fabrik, Inc., a privately owned company, acquired the consumer division of SimpleTech (www.SimpleTech.com) based in Santa Ana, Calif., the No. 3 U.S. provider of hard disk drive-based external, portable and network storage solutions for consumers and small business users. The purchase also included the company's flash memory cards, USB flash drives and memory upgrades.
