ROSS LEVINSOHN JOINS FABRIK'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Former President of News Corporation's Fox Interactive Media Brings Vast Experience in Interactive Media, Internet and M&A to Fabrik

San Mateo and Santa Ana, Calif., May 21, 2007 - Fabrik, Inc. (www.fabrik.com), the provider of innovative storage, memory and content management services, today announced that recognized Internet media executive, Ross Levinsohn, has joined Fabrik's Board of Directors. Levinsohn, who most recently held the position of president at Fox Interactive Media, the Internet and New Media arm of News Corporation, will help Fabrik extend its strategy in the new media world to further enhance Fabrik's mission to build new product categories that blend online services, software and devices making managing, using and accessing personal or professional content simple and intuitive for users.

Levinsohn joins Fabrik's Board with vast experience and an extensive track record in the fields of interactive media, Internet and M&A. Most notable, Levinsohn helped shape the strategy that led News Corporation's emergence as an Internet powerhouse. Under his stewardship, Levinsohn spearheaded the creation of Fox Interactive Media (FIM) and the acquisition of more than 10 companies including Myspace.com and IGN.com. He ran the day to day operations of FIM that included Fox Sports.com, Fox.com, Scout.com, AmericanIdol.com and more than 15 other business units, which, in less than 16 months, became the most viewed network of sites on the web, with more than 40 billion monthly page views. Prior to News Corp, he held executive positions at AltaVista, CBS Sportsline and HBO.
